2019 Indoor: Competed in the 3000 and 5000 meters at the NCAC Championships (March 1-2) and placed 11th in the 3K at 11:08.92 … Runner-up in the mile (5:42.64) at the NCAC Last Chance Meet (Feb. 22) and as part of the distance medley relay (13:44.43) at the Bob Shannon Invitational (Feb. 2).
