2018 Cross Country: One of two Scots to qualify for the NCAA Div. III Championships, giving the men’s team a qualifier for the first time since 2003 … Placed 132nd at the Div. III Championships (Nov. 17) with time of 25:47.0 … The team’s No. 1 harrier all season … Placed seventh of 265 runners at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 10) with time of 25:11.7 … Added a fourth-place finish at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 27), crossing at 25:53.8, in what marked Wooster’s highest individual finish since 2004 … Earned All-Ohio honors after finishing 21st overall and fourth among Div. III harriers at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29) with time of 24:55.3 … Broke the tape during dual-meet win over Denison (Sept. 20) and was subsequently named NCAC Athlete of the Week.

2018 Outdoor: Key contributor for the Scots at the NCAC Championships (May 4-5) … Placed fifth in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:42.51, and backed that up with a seventh-place showing in the 5000 meters (15:38.65) … Scored in the 3K steeplechase at the All-Ohio Championships (April 14), taking sixth at 9:43.31 … Won the 10,000 meters at the Bob Kahn Invitational (April 7) and the 5K at the Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 21) with times of 33:49.72 and 15:38.83, respectively … Also earned the blue ribbon in the 3K steeplechase at the Wooster Invitational (March 30), crossing at 9:55.35.

2018 Indoor: Continued to rise to the occasion at the championship meets, starting with a fifth-place time of 15:38.79 in the 5K at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 10) … Placed eighth in the 5K at NCACs (March 2-3) with time of 15:46.78 … Earned the blue ribbon with time of 16:07.95 in the 5K at the Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 27).

2017 Cross Country: Strong bounce back season on the cross country course culminated in all-conference honors thanks to an 18th-place finish at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 28) … Helped Wooster to its first top four showing at the league meet since 2013 with a season-best 26:22.9 … Followed up with a 27:09.1 at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 11), good for a spot in the top 100 … Placed 10th at the Otterbein Invitational (Sept. 16) with time of 27:43.4.

2017 Outdoor: Totaled three top-eight performances through seven competitions … Set a personal-best 9:57.65 to win the 3K steeplechase at the Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 22) … Ran a personal-best 4:20.75 in the 1500 meters at the Bob Kahn Invitational (April 8) en route to a runner-up finish … Missed scoring at the NCAC Championships (May 6) by one position with a ninth-place run of 10:12.98 in the steeplechase.

2017 Indoor: Made one appearance, running an indoor personal-best 4:53.76 mile time at the Kenyon Classic (Feb. 18).

2016 Cross Country: Did not compete.

2016 Outdoor: Nearly had a breakthrough performance at the NCAC Championships (May 6) … Just missed scoring in the steeplechase, taking ninth with a time of 10:20.07 … Turned in a season-best clip of 10:02.77 in the steeplechase at the Wooster Invitational, placing sixth (April 1-2).

2016 Indoor: Competed in the 3000 meters (9:15.19) at the NCAC Championships (March 4-5) … Placed fourth in the 3K (9:19.36) at the Kenyon Classic (Feb. 20).

2015 Cross Country: Earned a spot on the regional squad, turning in a 28:43.0 at the Great Lakes Regional Championships (Nov. 14) … Placed 69th at the NCAC Championships with a 28:20.3 8000 meters time … Clocked in at 28:27.7 at the All-Ohio Championships (Oct. 2) and 28:33.2 at the #JennaStrong Fall Classic (Oct. 16).

Prior to Wooster: Earned three letters in cross country and two in track and field at Millbrook School … Set five school records … Two-time team captain for both cross country and track & field.
