2016 Cross Country: Made six appearances on the year … Twice finished as the top-sixth Scot, including a third-place finish at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 30), running the 8,000-meter course in 29:53.9 … Sixth Scot to cross and 13th overall at the Wooster-Denison Dual (Sept. 8), navigating the 5000-meter course in 18:42.4 … Ran as part of 12-Scot contingent at NCAC Championships (Oct. 30) with a clip of 30:50.5.

2015 Cross Country: Continued to develop and gain valuable experience with seven starts on the year … Had a top-seven time for the Scots at the Otterbein Invitational (Sept. 19), crossing at 28:56.6.

2015 Outdoor: Primarily competed in the 1500 meters, highlighted by earning third-place (4:23.45) at the Denison Big Red Invitational (April 24).

2015 Indoor: Top-10 in the mile at the NCAC Quad (Jan. 24), the Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 31), and the Kenyon Classic (Feb. 21).

2014 Cross Country: Among top-seven for Wooster in two meets as a first-year … Ran the All-Ohio Championships (Oct. 3 ) in 28:28.00 … Added a 29:20.80, which was good for 58th-place at the NCAC Championships (Nov. 1).

Prior to Wooster: All-league honorable mention in cross country and track & field at Orange High School.
